I think the characters representing minorities (unless your in a country where they are the majority), like Deejay, EL Fuerte, and Elena. NOT THEIR APPEARANCE OR MOVES but their STORIES are bad (music, cooking, and music). Sean's OKAY - but they super nerfed him as I understand. @11 The problem with that argument is that Street Fighter IV is easy to learn with plinking and easier to combo Ultra's etc (compared to 3 at least) but hard to master master (true plinking, option selects, not to mention reading your opponent). It's also why I could probably only beat Daigo once every 50 matches. NOW If you mean with the addition of Ultra's then yes it is easier for crappier players to bridge ...

In most circumstances only losers taunt after a match. I think friends, and when two similarly skilled players fight is OKAY though. Otherwise it's bad sportsmanship and is used to get take power - probably because they lack something some of it in real life.
