I dont know much about oni but why don't people think he has got high-top tier potential. He seems to have all the tools to stay consistant. Does he have some bad match ups? Are his fireballs too big of a pain to use? What holds him back?

Renic has definitely the most interesting sf4 web series I have seen to date. Maybe its just interesting to me because prior to 2012 I never took sf4 seriously. But me and him are moving at the same rate so that's why what makes this web series so special to me.

On topic: Sagat still kinda looks intact but his forward lk had its distance reduced which will hurt his kara game if he still has it. Uhh ohh I am worried about Sagat now becuase his st hk Got stuffed by zangiefs jump in. It looks like the hit box got lowered on it and its active frames have been reduced. I hope he is intact I gotta see more footage.

@15 In part you are correct but there it has to be a really fast normal the only time I have ever been struck out of the wake up is by ironicly balrog and any character with a 3 frame uppercut.
