This makes me think... ...they seem to have taken the time to give him fighting game style animations, and HUD items like the picture in the SF4 art style. Maybe if we're lucky, he'll end up as DLC in a Street Fighter game. I for one, think that could be cool.

I was just going to say the exact same thing. But MadnessFamilyguile beat me to it. The hitboxes are the same on Back+HK. People made the mistake of reading the collision hitbox(which includes Sim's head), as the vulnerable hitbox...which it isn't. Sim's head is invulnerable in Super as well.

Also...the invisible throw is the only way to get out of the handcuff glitch. The 1st vid neglects to tell you this. If you don't release them before the time runs out, you have to manually reset the cabinet. o_O

Awesome stuff, it's nice to see such a great game, remembered. Some of these only work on some revisions of the game. In the version that I had(rev. 910214), the "scrolling enemy" glitch instead just reset the machine. @joe89 I'm not interested in a childish "I'm right, you're wrong" argument, but...I do have one more thing to say. Average damage output does not equal a top-tier character. And correct me if I'm wrong, you are using the strength comparison chart from vanilla SF4, not SUPER street fighter 4, right? But even still, since you are basing your idea of character ranking on physical strength(another reason you don't seem to really understand the tier ...
