@ DASH #187 I have to disagree with you. It my mind, nerfing the obviously overpowered pieces of the game adds a lot to the balance. e.g., Sagats tiger uppercut, trade > ultra. etc.. etc.. There is a reason why in any REAL SF4 tourney you basically only see Ryu, Sagat, Rufus, Balrog, and MAYBE viper. Tell me how annoying it is when you literally have to work your ass off to break down Sagat ...
