@29 : I know that some of the SF4 videos (like the sonichurricane.com ones) are tool assisted because created on PC. But since SSF4 is console only at the moment, I'm pretty sure all the combo videos we see are made by hand, I don't think it's possible to use any tool assisting soft on consoles, but surely when the game is released on PC we're gonna see a lot of tool assisted videos
