Dudley changes sounds good, full juggle U2 for Sagat aswell, but Sagat needs a melee nerf. Futher buffing that brutal EX Psycho Crusher is a horrible idea IMO, or okay, make it faster, but reduce the hitbox on it's backside so now it can be actually punished on block lol.
