Makoto video tutorial for Super Street Fighter 4
Does anyone know an easier command input for doing Tsurugi so close to the ground. Something like Cammy's Cannon Strike or Dhalsim's Teleport maybe?

@74 (Hrm) Easy solution. BLOCK then punish with Hayate (Dash Punch). Do NOT abuse Hayate (Dash Punch) on T.hawk though or you will be floored many times over. Be patient and wait for the openings.
