Completely, 100% disagree about paying for new moves. Changing the balance of the game through paid dlc means that not everyone will have experience with these new moves. This could also factor in with tournament organizers--ban the new moves or allow them? Remember Yoda and Darth Vader and how they were immediately banned from tournaments on release of SC4? Playstation users weren't experienced with Yoda users and Xbox users weren't experienced with Darth Vader users. ...
