Makoto having 1000 health makes no sense. Her comeback potential isn't a reason for low health at all in 3rd strike she has normal health and better comeback potential. She doesn't have parry to deal with projectiles so easily.

Do half of you even play this game on a level high enough for most of these changes to matter? Yes Gief has bad matchups but other than the couple of bad ones he has he murders everyone else.
