I completely agree viper is a really shallow character the only thing making her remotely interesting is the fact that she's a mom dozens of other characters are more deserving of that spot I'm sure alot of shotos are being taken out keeping akuma in this game is a prime example of someone more deserving of this slot

All of these are excellent, I don't understand why anyone here is hating the concepts. Quite frankly I like most of these more than the officials. Yeah most of these are just role play but then again so are some of the officials. I mean you have Gief's second costume Cammy's third and Blanka's third.Same with Claw mirroring the first ninja.
