@69 Not really. Taskmaster's gimmick is that he can copy movements, physical skills and fighting styles by watching them in action. Black Panther just has enhanced senses combined with tech from his native country including dual-wield energy daggers, metal disolving claws in his gloves and a cloaking device in his suit amongst other weapons.
