El Fuerte and Makoto can do this too (grab/hit the opponent while he is still on the floor),if I remember correctly. El Fuerte can bounce with cr.MK (it was in SF4 though) an opponent from the floor,but it seems like it only works in the corner. I am not sure,if the Makoto one was a glitch,but I have posted that in 1 of the recent F&C moments episodes.I think it was episode 31.
