I've always hated Final Fight 3's Haggar. It looks awful, still does. Everyone else, though looks incredible (Wait. I'm still confused on Nemesis... HOW IS THIS A T GAME!!!)

Wait a second... That arm has ruffles around it. Now I'm confused. I have yet to of seen a character that has Yellow and Blue and wear a sleeve with ruffles at the wrists...
