Cliff Bleszinski: On-disc DLC an unfortunate reality in many games
This is not the case with SFxT. If they really had an idle team, they would have had time to implement local co-op in XBox 360 or had time to fix the sould glitch before the game launch. The capcom way to do DLC is to make the full product and then cut some features.

@2 I think it is Zangief who is a bit smaller. I believe they make big characters smaller because of Hugo, to show how much bigger he is.

Of course they will be adding replay mode, but they are not going to say it until Vita version is released and run his course. And may be added within the release of a new version of the game wich will be DLC for sure. It's really easy to see capcom coming...
