@#18 You are comparing TWO different fighting game types. 3D fighters and 2D fighters are completely different in terms of mechanics. Also When MK9 was coming out, they actually contributed their release to SF4 saying thanks to that, 2D Fighters were actually coming back. @1 I would say that it is to anyone with a throw that moves someone across the screen first. If it is like Ryu's Foward throw for instance, it instantly puts them in a hard knockdown state so you can't pick them up.
