Block low until you see an overhead coming, always be expecting the left/right teleport assist crossup, chicken block, react to what the opponent is doing. This is all common sense at any level of play higher than beginner, which shouldn't be dictating balance changes anyway.

@37 Volnutt is B tier and hardly anyone played him, just like in MvC. If you are honestly so in love with this character that you can't stand him not being in a fighting game that draws from Capcom's entire library, maybe you should just go play some god damn Megaman games instead.
