You mention that there's no way to combo into Ultra 2. I wasn't sure if you didn't count Focus 2 xx dash xx Ultra 2, but if you do that's totally comboable. In fact, it's one of her challenges in SSF4 (FA2 xx dash xx Ultra 2, M Tsurugi, EX Hayate). Gotta be quick, though - If you don't connect the wall kick before the target's knees hit the ground it doesn't connect.
