Lol, not really. Those Ultras are still hell to hit with. Guile's and Bison's Ultra 2s both do only 420 in comparison, but are so much more applicable.

Regardless of whether or not this bit is legitimate or not is irrelevant. Anyone who believes Megaman isn't going to be in the game is a jackass. I don't want to hear about all these arguments about whether it'll be EXE, Volnutt, or classic. There's gonna be some sort of Megaman.
