I don't think there was any mention but Rose can land Ultra off of her j. HK much like Ken save for it being much more difficult. An extremely shallow hit that hits in the later active frames of the j. HK can combo directly into ultra. Punishing fireballs with j. HK can combo directly into ultra at nearly any range.
