@ 129. Trust me, an Ultra move that makes player's thinks twice on jumping all over Vega is perhaps the best news I could have heard. Its either that or the his Scarlet Terror have some sort of invincible start up. If his Scarlet Terror was invincible and used as an anti-air, he would instantly jump up the rankings.
