Capcom blames fighting game market saturation for Street Fighter X Tekken's sluggish sales
The market is fast becoming saturated, I agree there. I find it interesting that this should be coming from Capcom however, as they are instrumental in creating said saturation. That's not the main reason this game has performed poorly though. SFxT is (and without mincing words) a poor fighting game. Its 'passable' in some respects, but from a critical perspective it is weak and filled with goofy design decisions that make it difficult to take ...

Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition v2012 patch for PC date set for February 28, 2012
I think you may be misunderstanding me. Comparing Steam to GFWL is an exercise in folly. Of course pure Steam releases stomp the sh1t out of it. Capcom screwed up by bolting GFWL onto SFIV which was in turn distributed via Steam. Its ugly as sin. Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition v2012 patch for PC date set for February 28, 2012
"What bothers me is that part of the delay is due to Microsoft's stupid GFWL certification process." Its called release policy. Without it quality control would be a shambles, trust me. As end users it can be a frustrating process (especially when the patched or forthcoming changes are minimal) but regardless the process must be adhered to lest the GFWL platform devolve into a bigger mess than what it is currently.

Update: New Street Fighter X Tekken videos from The Shadowloo
A little word for those who are yet to see this game in person: For some reason SFxT when captured on video looks ATROCIOUS. In person the game looks a LOT better, in particular the shader effects which via video captures look pretty awful. The colour palette is still pretty gaudy but it is not near as garish as appears on video capture. I felt this was worth mentioning, as until I got to see ...
