I'm just glad they fixed Guile and Vega, they are like original characters and they sucked... On the other hand, Balrog sounds like he got even better >:).

I don't entirely believe this guy, but I do know for fact that Dudley is going to be top tier...He's my favorite character besides Ken and I don't like using top tier characters (yes I know he was top tier in 3s, but that's different) I was expecting his transfer to SSF4 to make him weaker and not as good, but I guess I was wrong. Oh well, Dudley ftw.
