One other thing, I think that the overall nerfing of lower tier characters is a terrible move for Capcom. It seems to be that all the new characters are going to be very good and the lower tier characters from the original SFIV are going to be a ton worse. I can't understand why the counter ultra loses to armor breaking moves. I was planning on sticking with Fei for this game, and the counter ultra was going to be my saving grace from blanka ball and head-butt spamming Blanka and Honda players, but I guess not anymore.
