New Super Street Fighter 4 tier lists from Mago and Nemo
What i dont understand is why dudley is so low on both lists, he has so many tools and options, insane dmg, rapes fireballs and only a few bad matchups that are 6-4 at max, ive played with him ever since release and i have 6k bp with him and i think hes top tier, but then again im just a scrub to nemo and mago lol, does anyone else agree/disagree with dudley's placement?

Woah i swear rose's 2nd ultra does a lot more damage than the vegas build, it looks like its going to be a very useful ultra for her. Also why does dee jay's 2nd ultra give the opponent less ex meter than the raging demon even though it has more hits than the ragind demon?
