Dev team considering release date changes for Super Street Fighter 4's alts.
@ #8 (oohlookapuffin) That is, by far, the scrubbiest thing anyone has ever said. Ever!
Updated: Daigo money matches w/ Filipino Champ & Arturo
@ #11 (RandomJohn) The problem with your comment isn't the fact that you claim Japan to be better than the US at SF4... most people would acknowledge this to be true. The problem with your comment is your bit about how the US "will always be behind Japan" in terms of fighting game skill. That's a really dumb statement, even beyond the desperate nut-hugging. Evolution happens. People once thought that man would NEVER walk on ...

Daigo Super Street Fighter 4 online matches against Adon player
Plinking isn't a scrub tactic, it's a pro tactic. In fact, most (all?) competitive players have been plinking their links since the discussion got stickied on SRK in like, April of '09. If you choose not to use a game mechanic that works to your advantage, especially one that is used by pretty much everyone, well... THATS scrubby (unless you can hit all your 1-frame links with 100% accuracy without plinking).
DMG Inthul Fei Long Super Street Fighter 4 matches
To Caruga (#18) I think it's something like this: @ 6:49 -- Inthul reads Sanfords fireball and punishes with EX Chicken into full combo. @ 6:56 -- Since no CH message comes up, Sanford must have walked forward into Inthul's c.fierce, or maybe Inthul's poke caught the startup frames of Sanford's jump. @ 6:58 -- Sanford whiffs sweep (he probably thought he had a read on a dash-forward or a rekka) and Inthul punishes with ...
Super Street Fighter 4 Sagat combos
Thank God they left the King on top. I don't even play Gat, I just love the fact that all the pre-teen scrubs (you know, the ones who whine about Gat being broken and the ones who think 'Fagat' is a clever nickname) are going to cry themselves to sleep because of this.
Updated again: Partial translation of Nakky blog Q&A
I thought it was fairly obvious that Seth = Charlie. If you've played Charlie in Alpha, you'll notice that some of their animations are almost identical (from a couple jumping normals right down to the one-armed Sonic Boom that Charlie is so known for). I don't think thats a coincidence. Not that I give a sh*t about Charlie anyways.
Seth: Gen's wall dive is better, other Super Street Fighter 4 notes
Chicken Wing @ 138 Uh, no. Tier-lists are created based on matchups. Those matchup numbers assume that the players of both characters are 100% knowledgeable on the matchup -- they know EVERYTHING there is to know about the match. In fact, they say the tier list uses the hypothetical 'perfect player' as its basis. Do you really think the average player who finds some frame data on the internet knows matchups perfectly? It's possible, sure. ...
Seth: Gen's wall dive is better, other Super Street Fighter 4 notes
The million dollar question: How many people on *EVENTHUBS* will ever be affected by a tier-list? Your Guile probably isn't losing to Sagat/Ryu because they're better characters (although they obviously are). Your Guile is probably losing because you're a scrub. Stop complaining and just have fun. Chances are you're a few months away from quitting, anyways.
