Does anyone think that Double's dash is very powerful? Able to go behind characters and easily avoiding attacks? Using it, I can pretty much destroy Peacock for free. Though if any DLC characters, I want to see Brain Drain.

I think Remy is the worst character due to: His moveset is just Guile + Sagat. His health and stun are lower than both. His story makes no sense. Other terrible characters include Twelve, Ingrid, and a lot of those character clones.
Voting for Tekken X Street Fighter's roster begins
I still do not get why people are voting for Ingrid, a character who was in two obscure games (later console release of Alpha 3 and Capcom fighting Jam). She also has a ridiculous-makes little sense story. I bet it is just her appearance. Bleh.

I feel they are using the S tier too liberally here. S tier rank is for characters where people start calling them broke(i.e Yun, Yang and Fei Long in AE). If this game as any S-Tiers, it would be Seth, but that is debatable.
