Street Fighter II the animated movie FTW! Also probably has the most epic butt in all of anime http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vf_qhxd9kRU&t=0m54s "Not bad or was just luck?" I still think that is the best line comparded to "you fight pretty well" one of the few animes where I believe the english dub out does the japanese but that was probably because I'd grown up with the english one plus it has the stronger soundtrack
