Doesn't seem like TeamSp00ky will be able to stream the Canadian tournament. He wasen't able to get his passport in time to go. Sais so on his twitter and Facebook account. The tournament organisers are trying to get someone else to stream it seems.

I don't know why, but seeing that it seems US don't have a problem with the stream but some in europe has I don't see how it cannot be Ustream. I don't know what a tournament organiser do when they setup a stream, but I doubt they can even on purpose influence how different countries will receive the stream. I might be wrong ofcause.

Unwatchable for me aswell here in Denmark, but I think its Ustream that is causing it and not something Levelup can do much about.
