I get why they haven't changed Viper much through all iterations of SF4. She was balanced to start with. She hits hard but requires skill to execute the big damage. Learn how to block/punish or avoid BK's (Come on, it's been three years) and you realise there are good strategies to make a Viper sweat. If all else fails just pick Honda.

in the guide he says that you can't combo into a regular Seismo, even on Counter Hit. Not true. Close Fierce combos into Light Seismo on Counter Hit. FYI.
