List of Super Street Fighter 4 gameplay changes from MrWizard
What exactly does it mean when they say "Trades into Ultra from Dragon Punches are gone, and most trades into Ultra from Street Fighter 4 are gone"? I don't know much about SF terminology.

SSF4 seems more unbalanced, it contains a lot more stronger characters and a lot of characters that don't have much to work with.
