They're all cool. M. Bison looks awesome. They should have given him a mask with it. Kamen Rider Bison ftw. Ibuki's looks kind of like Hinata's Taiyo HS uniform from Rival Schools. (maybe Ibuki goes to Taiyo HS) Ryu only looks weird because the character design in SFIV is bad in the first place with all the characters being on steroids and all.
