Capcom= due to time constraints the xbox version will not be receiving a patch.....its um keiji inafune's fault.....

man capcom know nothing of balance! its not like vega will have better match-ups now because he can hold onto his mask for longer, i bet the only reason they nerfed the lower teirs is because it probably didnt work well with some of the new characters. i can imagine- 'What gen has an infinite combo on dudley? i know! we'll just take away that move...Bingo! job well done, deadline achieved'
