LOL chun li! i believe she IS up there, and i do see why the japs would consider her S tier. i actualy agree with her matchups, except a few. Oh well this is still a rough estimate as they stil need to learn about the new characters as well as the console characters from vanilla

i dont see why some people crying about sagats angry scar fix. Its only cos sometimes the move doesnt even work, thats why they fixing it, its not getting buffed or anything. So many complaints on shoto characters.. come on they nerfed all the DPs (DP used to beat pretty much EVERYTHING in other SF games), u just have to learn how to deal with them spammers. I'm ok with the fixes, not quite sure ...
