@2 seriously, though Struggs, all walk speeds that matter are you and your opponent's which can be read and judged a mile away.. dashes also vary (and are most often what you actually need to pay attention to, if you haven't noted them yet), makoto has the slowest walk speed but the fastest and farthest dash. walking speed imo is not really that important. this information is only for those who are wondering though, so ...

omg same thing happened to me yesterday with the Akuma and Ryu ultra. akuma activated his ultra and i was close to him but i thought that i'd have more priority so i activated mine then he went right through the metsu hadoken and demon raped me! x_x
