@melflomil Yang has the same launcher, different target combos. One of Yang's combos into Ultra ends in cl.MK -> Dash -> Raishin Mahaken (leading me to believe he can just straight cl.MK -> Dash -> Ultra 1). @bokchoy "extrapolate (k-strp-lt) To estimate the value of a quantity that falls outside the range in which its values are known." Extrapolate and Elaborate are interchangable.

Fuerte doesn't need anything, buff or nerf. He's got all he needs. The dash pressure alone, along with run stop fierce, is godlike.

Oh wow, they kept Yun's backflipping backdash. I wonder if Yang kept his too. That'd be an interesting tool. It's a long dash, but I would think they are backdash invincible for it like everyone else is.

Ibuki's Kazekiri DOES need a buff. I'm asking for less startup time, as it's entirely useless as is. For the Dudley comparison, as least his is faster and can be used. If Ibuki starts hers at all, you have like 3 seconds before you need to worry about blocking. I'm not saying she needs more life or complaining about her damage output or anything else.
