Very fair Abel nerfs. He was too powerfull. After this he's still very good. Nothing has really changed. You just cant randomly throw out rolls and U2. I main Bison and theres is NOTHING you can do agains a decent Abel. Almost without risks he takes so much damage on you everytime he gets in. Bison has no invincible reversal(EXPC is ultra punishable, EXSK takes 2 meters to be safe). Its definitly not a fair, ...
