U R RETARDED. street fighter 3 was an extremely successful SF game that was in no way held back by the cartoonish characters- it was supposed to represent itself as a new age of fighter, and it did- very well. The game is currently in extremely high digital download demand- why would people demand it so much if it is so unsuccessful. Just sayin... Day ...
