About 13 gameplay changes in new Marvel vs. Capcom 3 patch
I know this will be mentioned, so I want to clear it up! X-23 has always had 835,000 hp, and Silent Kill has always dealt 400,000 dm. The strategy guide was wrong. This is not a patch change!

"Cross up with Jumping Medium Kick, Crouching Hard Punch, Cancel into EX-Soul Spark" It deals the same damage to do a Soul Spiral and does not require EX meter meaning you can cancel into her super! =)
