Can anyone here confirm the official stamina stats? Does the guide book provide a chart? Also, can someone make a Zangief vs T. Hawk comparison? Who's stronger? Who's a better character to use?

Well, it seems that Zangief retained his top stop in terms of stamina, even though he has to share it with T. Hawk. But his Ultra 1 is the single most powerful move in the game based on those numbers. Nobody else has an attack above 520. Unless I missed someone.

So the question is, will Zangief return given their interest in bringing more new characters?
