The runback: Louffy086 (Rose) vs. Mago (Fei Long) in Super Street Fighter 4
Luffy plays Alioune all the time, therefore they know the match up against eachother more than Alioune knows Rose. HOWEVER, Alioune knows Luffy's Rose whose style is different from Sako's Rose. Let's also take the fact that Sako is Sako, who is the #1 Cammy in the world, therefore knowing the Cammy match up as Rose, as well as knowing the Rose match up as Cammy. Correct?
The runback: Louffy086 (Rose) vs. Mago (Fei Long) in Super Street Fighter 4
No excuse by Mago, it was a good match, but Luffy knew the match much better than Mago knows the match. There is ZERO excuse. Match is in Fei's favor btw. IMO, Mago only lost because he was misreading spirals. HK spiral is -2 at worst from the ranges he's doing it, and yet he tries to punish with cr. lp rekka. Rose is gdlk. Luffy is the best. Better than Sako, other than footsies.

Poor Rose. Gameplay changes screwed her over. She's still solid midtier imo though. They put her low in regular Super, because there are no Japanese Rose players. But losing one of her best tools would put her down, it wouldn't put her down all the way to bottom.
