Why do people think Hugo will be in SSF IV. The fact that he is in the background on one of the stages pretty much confirms he won't be. Capcom would either have to remove him from the Skyscraper stage or else players would be using Hugo while Hugo was in the background cheering for himself. Makes no sense.
