Man there are a ton of *unintelligent* people on here lol. Tier lists change drastically for the fact that when a character is utilized better and ppl get a better perception of their abilities, they change spots. Viper has been utilized, therefore ppl know shes dangerous. If marlinpie wasn't around, she'd probly be listed at low tier because of the fact that he is the only one that uses her tools really well. Even then #95 you just put them in the same row lol. This game isn't like sf where everything is 1on1. I would find it stupid to do an individual match-up tier list since characters are perfectly fine with or without assists(wesker), and some are extremely good with assists, and garbage without. I wonder if these guys took assists into consideration for their entire evaluation... because someone like sentinel should be at least B tier ...

Tier-List isn't based on difficulty of a character. It's defined by how the character stands vs the rest when fully utilized. Just because wolverine is herp derp as f*ck and viper is very hard to use, doesn't mean wolverine is better. Viper has all the tools+more, just takes skill to utilize it.

@#2, Being a Yang main, once you adjust to his fight style in 2k12 he's still very viable. Just have to be smart now instead of being mindless with an incredible move set. Learned a lot with having more limitations on what he can do.
