This is the first art in the street fighter series that, from what the udon pub street fighter book says was produced outside the cap-com art department and I think you can see the concepts for the original from sf4 in the original console release... Not as good as the usual but pretty cool, anyway.

Just started playing online and I think he could be the best character in the game based on say the "players" mental and physical abilities he might not be the coolest (That's Zangief) but I think he is one of the most balanced characters in the new series of games...
