Isaac Clarke and Zeus' intro, rival and ending scenes in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale - features gameplay of rival battles

Pokehater123 put together a few videos showing the character intros, rival cut scenes and endings for Isaac and Zeus in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. Much like the other characters on the roster, the opening and ending sequences are a series of pictures.

The rival scenes, however, are composed using the in game character models; Zeus and Isaac are rivals of each other. Both of the latter videos feature gameplay footage of the two characters squaring off and the boss battle, so if you'd like to go straight to the endings skip to about 9:05 in Isaac's and 7:05 in Zeus'.

Fans campaigning to get Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon into PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale as DLC

Fans campaigning to get Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon into PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale as DLC PushSquare is reporting about some PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale fans that are campaigning to get Sony's iconic characters Crash Bandicoot and Spryo the Dragon as DLC to the game.

They have started messaging both Activision and Sony Santa Monica through Twitter and are spreading the word of the campaign via NeoGAF and the PlayStation official forums.

One fan, McFordson gives some details on the campaign.

The objective of the campaign is to convince Activision and Sony Santa Monica that Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon would be profitable, well-received additions to the PlayStation All-Stars roster, and to request their inclusion as DLC. We aren't going to demand a certain version of the character, as we believe the characters have relevance to the PlayStation brand and a lovability that overcomes whatever cosmetic changes may have taken place over time – even changes such as the Skylanders series.

What we aim to do is start a Twitter campaign, Tweeting @ATVIAssist (Activision Support's Twitter account) and @SonySantaMonica using the hashtag #ListentothefansActivision.

Additionally, Seth Killian has responded to some Tweets simply saying they love the characters as they are great parts of PlayStation history.

We love Crash and Spyro too--great parts of PlayStation history

For more information on the campaign head over to PushSquare's website.

Clockw0rk announces last day at SuperBot

Clockw0rk announces last day at SuperBot Daniel "Clockw0rk" Maniago announced on Twitter that today would be his last day of work at SuperBot Entertainment. Clockw0rk was the PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale's community manager and had been putting out various videos and images of the game.

Today is my last day of work at SuperBot. Thanks to everyone who supported me in this endeavour. Would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

It was pretty awesome of SuperBot to hire a well known player in our community to help promote and inform people about the game. We here at EventHubs would like to thank Clockw0rk for all of the work he's done.

Development and support from SuperBot Entertainment on PlayStation All-Stars is nearly wrapped, 'We've got All-Stars you haven't seen yet'

Development and support from SuperBot Entertainment on PlayStation All-Stars is nearly wrapped, 'We've got All-Stars you haven't seen yet' Last week, Sony announced they were cutting ties with PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale developers SuperBot Entertainment. This has since left many fans questioning if they would potentially see more DLC.

In response to a question on their Facebook, Superbot noted they are "nearly wrapped" but they are still doing some testing.

Our development and support on All-Stars is nearly wrapped, but due to lag time for localization and testing, etc., the last of our work won't see its release for several more weeks. From then on out, further support will be handled by Sony's Santa Monica Studio.

Additionally, they noted that they have more All-Stars that we have not seen yet and that more details will be coming in March.

Lara Croft could have possibly been in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, if its release date was later

Lara Croft could have possibly been in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, if its release date was later Crystal Dynamics' Global Brand Director, Karl Stewart, recently did a question and answer session where he discusses various things about Lara Croft. Importantly enough, SuperBot had approached Crystal Dynamics about putting their character in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.

LaraRocks2: Will Lara ever be featured in Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale?

Karl Steward: With regards to the PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale question. We love what the guys and girls over at Sony have achieved with ASBR, they even approached us about the possibility of including Lara. But to be honest to us it all boiled down to timing. We really set out to create a reboot where the first time you experienced playing as Lara Croft it was in our game on March 5th and nowhere else. We’ll see what happens in the future.

If PlayStation All-Stars' release was a few months later, after Tomb Raider 9's it's possible we would have seen Lara Croft in the game.

PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale sees low sales numbers in Japan, SuperBot created DLC we haven't seen yet

PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale sees low sales numbers in Japan, SuperBot created DLC we haven't seen yet Last week the Sony brawler PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale was released overseas in Japan. According to Siliconera, during the first week of sales, the PlayStation 3 version only sold 11,758 copies.

This may have been attributed to the lack of character interest to the Japanese audience.

Although it may seem like PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale has fallen on some hard times it was recently mentioned on SuperBot's Twitter that although they are no longer working for the game, they have created some DLC we haven't yet seen.

There is currently no word on what this DLC could potentially be, however, if future DLC retains the same style as the Kat and Emmett pack, we could possibly see more characters added to the roster and new playable stages.
