Famitsu confirms Rise Kujikawa as playable in Persona 4 Arena Ultimax

It had been rumored early last week that two new fighters may be entering the Persona 4 Arena Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold (or Persona 4 Arena Ultimax for short) battle. This morning, a partial glimpse at a scan from Famtisu's upcoming issue confirms that one of those characters will indeed be playable in-game.

Rise Kujkawa from Persona 4 has been added to the roster, as seen on the scan below. Because this image is so heavily blacked out, it appears that more Persona 4 Arena Ultimax news may be coming very soon.

Perhaps we'll be seeing a confirmation of the other rumored character: Ken Amada from Persona 3, later this week. Until then, check out the scan below, and let us know what you think about the inclusion of Rise in the upcoming Persona 4 Arena sequel.

Bringing an old concept into the modern age - Kickstarter project to revitialize Super Arcade

If you're anything like me, you love that good old arcade feel. Especially for fighting game enthusiasts, game centers like these are generally something to hold very dear.

Arcades have been closing left and right during the last few years, but one of them still stands strong. Super Arcade in Walnut, California is one of the very few such places that is still running, but it might not be viable to do so much longer unless some changes are put in place.

Mike Watson, the owner of Super Arcade, has started a new Kickstarter project, where you can help to build Super Arcade into the palace of fighting games that everyone would love for it to be.
