Watch Ryu make funny faces as he tells you why he's going to Shadowloo Showdown V; epic trailer ft. Kyle Herbert (voice of Ryu)

Shadowloo Showdown V is taking place from August 29 to 31 at the CQ Hotel in Melbourne, Australia.

And to tell you why you should consider making a trip there (or at least, reserve the weekend for watching the stream at home), tournament organiser Shadowlogic has brought out some very big guns.

They've recruited to their cause someone that even the almighty M. Bison could never bring over to his side.

I'm referring to, Mr. Street Fighter himself. The man. The legend. The protagonist. Ryu.

Check out the trailer for Shadowloo Showdown V, where Ryu makes funny faces (kudos to Michael Shiao Chen for the animation work) as he tells you, with his soul channeled through the vocal chords of Kyle Herbert (the real voice of Ryu), why he'll be at Shadowloo Showdown V.

Red Focus fails, amazing resets, and Abel puts on... Vega's mask? LiangHuBBB's Funny and Cool Moments 85 ft. Ultra Street Fighter 4, KI, and more

LiangHuBBB is back with another episode of his long-running Funny and Cool Moments compilation video series. And this time, the compilation features moments from Ultra Street Fighter 4 -- a first for the video series -- on top of the usual suspects.

In LiangHuBBB's Funny and Cool Moments 85, we not only get to see some amazing resets, god-like parrying in SF3: 3rd Strike, and numerous examples of glitches, but also some very interesting Red Focus fails.

Early on in the clip, for instance, we see two examples of the Red Focus Attack at work: one in which Chun-Li tries to fully absorb all of the hits in Zangief's Double Lariat special move, but fails to survive it; and another instance where Ryu fully absorbs his opponent's Shinku Hadouken and Metsu Hadouken moves back-to-back, and somehow survives.
