BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma move listings added to EventHubs

DreamKing23 was hard at work today updating our move listings for BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma and now you'll find a complete breakdown for all 26 characters.

We've also went back and updated the pages for the returning cast members to reflect any changes in their specials and such.

You can visit the index page above, or hit the break to find links to all of the character's move listings.

Tiers section launched for BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma - see results, vote and discuss match ups

We're very happy to announce we've launched our second tiers section here on EventHubs, for BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma.

This creates a stomping ground for the community to discuss and vote in all of the match ups in the game.

You'll be able to see the early thoughts of the community on how the matches shake out and overall character power too.

We'll still be rolling out a number of improvements to the tiers section in the near future, including a completely revised index page, but we wanted to get this tool in the hands of the community on launch day so they have it available to start collecting information.

BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma released today in North America - stats, Fight Tracker and profile pages updated

BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma is officially out today in North America. While the title has been released in Japanese arcades since late 2012, it only hit the PS3 in the land of the rising sun on October 2013.

Chrono Phantasma has already picked up a very solid following in the competitive scene though, a fact which should only be bolstered with its release state side, and else where in North America.

We've migrated our BlazBlue pages over to the latest version, so if you hit up our stats page for Chrono Phantasma you'll find all of the new characters, and these areas all utilize the new artwork for the game as well.

Also, now is a good time to update your profile and list the characters you're using, as it'll also enable other people to find you with our handy Fight Tracker, so they can work on specific match ups, or simply find people who are located close by to compete with.

PlayStation Plus members can get a few dollars off the game, too.

We'll have quite a bit more BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma coverage in the near future, so please stay tuned.

If you're anything like me, you love that good old arcade feel. Especially for fighting game enthusiasts, game centers like these are generally something to hold very dear.

Arcades have been closing left and right during the last few years, but one of them still stands strong. Super Arcade in Walnut, California is one of the very few such places that is still running, but it might not be viable to do so much longer unless some changes are put in place.

Mike Watson, the owner of Super Arcade, has started a new Kickstarter project, where you can help to build Super Arcade into the palace of fighting games that everyone would love for it to be.

BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma not coming to Xbox 360 because of disc space, devs concerned with releasing an inferior version

BlazBlue fans had often wondered why the latest installment, Chrono Phantasma, wasn't heading to the Xbox 360, as the previous releases had seen the light of day on that platform.

The producer on the title, Toshimichi Mori, said it comes down to disc space.

"If the Xbox 360 could increase its storage space by double then we could bring it there. Chrono Phantasma doesn't fit on the disc," said Mori.

He added that if they were to do a Xbox 360 release, they'd have to compress it to the point that they're worried it'd be considered an inferior product.

"If you were to fit it on a [Xbox 360] disc you would have to compress it and the quality will go down and I was concerned that it would be an inferior version," said Mori.
