The arcade release of Blazblue Chrono Phantasma is set for the Winter of 2012. Andriasang posted an article today stating that producer Toshimichi Mori has assured players the game will be playable in arcades by the end of this year.
Mori also mentioned that a second location test will be held as soon as they have made adjustments to the current build. It is possible that this location test could come as early as this month.
Andrisang's article also gave a bit of information about the console version's story mode. Below is a piece from their post regarding Blazblue Chrono Phantasma's story.
Mori also discussed the game's story. Chrono Phantasma will continue the story from Extend, so he suggested that players go back and play through Extend leading up to release.
Regarding the home version (currently confirmed just for PlayStation 3), Mori said that this is currently just in the planning stage. Rather than individual stories for each character, they're planning on having three main stories. In the end, the three stories will come together and show the true ending. You will be able to switch characters as you advance through the story.

A set of artwork and screen shots was released for BlazBlue Chrono Phantasma. The images show additional cast members Amane, Azrael and Bullet along with Noel's new design.
Also, AndriaSang transcribed some details from a Famitsu write up, stating that:
• A lot of effort is being placed on this game's network mode. If they're able to meet all of their goals, they'll have something amazing.
• They're looking to add a lot of new gameplay elements to keep people interested. Story mode was mentioned again here as well.
• The BlazBlue series producer said they're "Making with a new feeling," meaning they're treating this as a brand new title instead of an upgrade.
• Details on the new Over Drive system were mentioned. This is meant to serve as a counter to the defensive Break Burst system. When you switch your character to Over Drive mode, the character becomes more powerful for a temporary period and can also perform stronger super attacks.
• Development on the home version currently stands at 30%. The arcade version will be coming out in the winter time.
Accroding to this week's Famitsu, BlazBlue Chrono Phantasma is on it's way to PlayStation 3.
The report does not mention an Xbox 360 version, however it's unclear if the magazine's chart does not list it or if Sinobi forgot to transcribe it.
Sinobi, which gets Famitsu in advance of its Thursday release date, says that the PS3 conversion is listed in the magazine's PS3 release schedule. The release schedule lists the game as date TBA. The arcade version, which runs on Taito's Type-X2 arcade board, has been announced for Winter release.

A PDF of move listings and system changes was uploaded to the official Blazblue Japan website today that shows off complete movelists for all characters both old and new. If you look at the movelists below, new moves are marked with a pink background while changed moves are shown in blue.
The first page details changes to the system. It appears that offensive bursts (gold bursts) have been replaced with an Overdrive system that gives every character who activates it a unique powerup like Ragna's Blood Kain. Also included is a Guard Crush system that costs 25% of the Drive gauge to break an opponent's guard.
More details will be added as the story progresses. Hit the jump to see more notes.
Arc System Works announced today a new sequel followup to Blazblue: Continuum Shift that will presumably end the Blazblue storyline. The trailer from Famitsu's channel below introduces three new characters, brand new moves for existing characters, redrawing of entire character sprites and more.
Location tests for this game begin tomorrow, according to MadMan Cafe's Professor. You can also read more details from his post, such as:
Azrael is a mid-aged muscular man who's sort of a meathead, fighting is everything to him. Drive name is "The Terror".
Amane is a man that looks as beautiful as a goddess, fights with a plumage. Drive name is "Spiral".
Barret is a close-combat cool female mercenary with cleavage. At a glance her motions looks a bit like Makoto's. Drive name is "Lockon".
