BlazBlue's Ragna the Bloodedge squares off against Guilty Gear's Sol Badguy in the newest edition of Screw Attack's Death Battle

Anime fighters rejoice! This bout is filled to the brim with spiky hair, giant swords and unnecessary belts.

The very cynical and foul-mouthed Ragna throws down against the lackadaisical, yet extremely powerful, Sol Badguy.

Both of these fighters serve as the poster boys for their respective games. They both have immense strength as well as the ability to tap into an even greater form wherein their power level rises to the ranks of 'planet smasher' and they become seemingly unstoppable.

In the world of Death Battle, there can be only one victor. Wiz and Boomstick give us the breakdown of each character's weapons, armor and skills and tell us who would win in an epic fight to the death.

After a detailed analysis, we get to watch these two powerhouses fight until one is obliterated. Please note that there is a bit of swearing so this video can be a little NSFW at times.

Hit the jump and find out who wins this anime brawl!

Makoto gets buffed, Kagura's projectile gains more hits - BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma Ver2.0 change log videos

With only about a day to go before BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma Ver2.0 is officially launched in arcades all over Japan on October 9, Arc System Works and Famitsu are have posted a series of videos to briefly go over some of the changes that are being made to the game's existing characters.

Between three to five changes are covered for each of the game's 26 existing characters in these videos, so they do not may not encapsulate all of the tweaks made to every character per se. Nevertheless, some of the changes covered here should give BBCP players some ideas on how to incorporate these tweaks into their game plan.

Aside from the character balance changes, BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma Ver 2.0 also introduces two new characters, and greatly revamps the Overdrive power-up system.

Dogura and Galileo are saying their goodbyes to BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma v1.11... with a ft-to-30 to settle the score, once and for all

BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasta Ver2.0 is coming out next week (on October 9) in Japanese arcades, and so Dogura and Galileo -- two of the strongest BBCP players in the world right now -- played a first-to-30 set earlier today to send the soon-to-be-outdated version of the game out with a bang.

The two have decided to play the long set not simply due to their immense love for the game, of course. As Galileo managed to take the championship title at EVO 2014 over Dogura, while Dogura's team defeated Galileo's to clinch the title at Arc Revolution 2-on-2 Japan national finals, the two players are pretty much tied 1-to-1 at this point, as far as major tournaments running on BBCP v1.11 are concerned.

So they thought it'd be fun to determine who is the better BBCP v1.11 player once and for all -- and there's really no better time to do it one week before everyone will get a fresh start again on BBCP v2.0.

Who will emerge victorious? Find out in the nearly 4-hour long video embedded below -- or just scroll all the way down for the final results.
