I hope they're actually working on the gameplay. I sincerely doubt I'll play this game unless I find it for like $5... but if they actually provide a good arcade volleyball game, I'd definitely consider buying it at a higher price.

They've already stated that there's a possibility that the game will be localized, based on western demand. But yea, regardless of whether it does get translated or not, there's always the option to import it.
Not that I would import it, anyway. I'd only ever consider importing a fighting game or a shump... games that you don't really need to know the language to play.

Virtual Reality does looks like it has potential (at least what I've seen from Microsofts Confrenece in E3), and it would be interesting to see how DOAX3 will look in Virtual Reality headset.

The only part of the reason this game is part of the news (despite the Xtreme series isn't part of the fighter genre) is because any characters that originated from a fighting game will get bit of news but it won't get as much topics compare to main fighting game titles. If Eventhubs covered more DOA news (like what FreeStepDodge or DOAWorld) from communities, streams, highlevel play, tutorials, & combos, DOAX3 wouldn't get covered as much compare to main titles.

This isn't the first that Eventhubs has posted news that may not qualify into fighting game from this, Project X Zone, Street Fighter X MegaMan, MMO game with Mai & Hanzo, and even post Five Nights at Freddys (which has nothing to do with fighting games, unlike the games that were covered).

Yes, DOA has some of the best looking female characters in fighting game history and team Ninja exploit them. But don't sit here and say the reason people play DOA5 (a fighting game) is because of DOA volleyball game. Troll better

I played the game to use Hayabusa, rig, jacky bryant, etc. Also used Tina because she has moves like King ( as does r.mika now), but my point is, it seems like it mostly effects people who bash it due to their immaturity. Now, guys who buy the volleyball series, are on their own.

Chances of virtual sex is more unlikely to be featured in DOA, since the CERO rating system don't allow explicit content ranging from body parts or virtual sex scenes examples games that were made in Western countries that contain these kind of content which ends up getting censored in Japan. DOA is no where explicit (nor will cross these lines regardless) or will likely follow the other hentai or western games.
