Watch the Mozart of fighting games in action - this guy plays Tekken with a piano as his controller

If you've ever considered what fits you best, a stick or a pad, you might have been too limited in your choices. User Mc Cool on Vimeo demonstrates that he uses neither - and instead opts to battle using a piano.

If you want to see this mystical fusion of classical music and combos, just hit the jump for the demonstration.

Personally, I'd say that this gives the term "pianoing" a whole new meaning.

Thanks to Fawaz, bluren and Gotomaster for sending this in.

Neat. Too bad the "music" is horrible while he's playing, lol.

Well, that is something I was not expecting. I like it, it is kinda like that program that is out for SF4 for PC that makes noise when you are suppose to hit the button.

Guess I wasn't the first one to try and connect a keyboard to a PS3 and see if it works :S
And it must be quite annoying for the opponents sitting next to him to listen to the jingles while playing versus.

Wonder if they'll be putting out a silent key version.

Wow interesting! That was pretty cool. I also play the piano myself so this appealed to me in both ways. :)

Back dash cancelling on piano in the middle of the night, your significant other might leave you xD

Can anyone re-upload it to youtube? Vimeo is only playing audio.

And I used to think adapting to my fight stick was complicated.

You should upload that one guy playing with his dick. Not on a controller, just in general.

If he was kicking ass by playing guile's theme this'd be good. As it stands, you might as well just have someone use a hitbox and have random notes play in the background.
