Jason24cf reviews the Sound Blaster EVO ZxR and Recon3D Omega Wireless headsets

Posted by Jonathan 'Catalyst' Grey • April 6, 2014 at 3:17 p.m. PDT

Finding the right headset for your gaming and listening needs can be a tricky affair, and EventHubs' correspondent Jason24cf has put two products from Sound Blaster through their paces.

Jason covers a lot of ground concerning the EVO ZxR and Recon3D Omega Wireless headsets, taking them into some situations like a snow storm and on the subway, so you can see how they hold up if you plan on using one of these in your day-to-day activities.

He of course talks about how they hold up for gaming, listening to music and other activities as well.

If you're at all curious about either of these headsets, make sure you check out Jason's reviews after the break.

How well do they hold if you wear them sideways like a maniac like Chris G? Kappa

One of the biggest mistakes of my FGC career. I can't apologize enough for having hope in a event that promised me so much and didn't follow through.

That's a hilarious coincidence this got posted. I just won a pair of the SoundBlaster EVO ZXRs at my job. I've used them before, but I'm definitely not keeping them.

Ugh, I was going to put you on blast over your insider info being nothing more than glory seeking. Then I read the first comment followed by your apology and I started to feel bad. You're too easy of a target, and I'm not going to be the mean guy making fun of the kid with special needs.
Carry on Jason, your "fgc career" is off limits for this guy.
best wishes.

Say what you want. I don't look for attention as you or others think. As for "FGC Career" I tried to make this into a 2nd career but there truly isn't any money to be made in the FGC. So again I don't have any "special needs". Im doing just fine.
